Yoga & Movement with Courtney Drury

Be prepared to be guided by our own member, Courtney Drury, on the importance of movement in your everyday life at our next meeting on Tuesday, January 28th at 7 pm – Chautauqua Federal Credit Union Community Training Center. Courtney has been practicing yoga for over 10 years both here in the states and abroad. She started her journey in yoga with Dariel at Pantera in Westfield, then Hawaii, Japan, and at the Satchadanada Ashram in Virginia. She now teaches yoga here in Lakewood at Eight Limbs Studio.
