Do you love getting into the Holiday Spirit? This class is for you! We will play “pass the gift” while we get into our various yoga poses! Downward dog? Pass right! Warrior II? Pass left! Guaranteed fun and laughs while also enjoying a 1 hour Holiday Themed Yoga Class! Wear your red or green yoga clothes (optional ugly sweater)!
Enjoy a Hot Cocoa bar after class with all the yummy toppings! Every participant will receive an ornament.
