This free Health Education Workshop will be an online zoom dedicated to clearing up confusion and wasted time grocery shopping (WOOHOO!!!)

 Tired of a quick trip turning into an hour excursion of investigating and decoding labels only to discover clever (and deceitful) marketing disguising poor ingredients, that ultimately lead you to putting it back on the shelf?!

In this interactive workshop, we will review and discuss local and online shopping options (you can even fill your online carts as we go!), include shopping lists, favorite items to save you time (including kid favorites & Back-to-School go-to’s), Q&A, and more!
