Before we enter the stillness, we will engage in the art of Blackout Poetry. Using existing text, you will “black out” the noise and distractions, leaving behind only the essential words that reflect your soul’s current expansion.
All journals and creative materials are provided. Together, we will use this practice to explore:

What is coming into full bloom within me?

How can I nourish the beauty I have created?

What vibrant energy am I now ready to share with the world?

 The Sound Meditation
To ground the high-frequency energy of this fertile moon, you will be enveloped in a restorative sound immersion. Using a curated array of sacred instruments, we will anchor your intentions into the earth and celebrate your growth.
Experience the resonant clearing of Crystal Singing Bowls, the ethereal dance of Koshi Chimes, and the grounding breath of Native American Flutes, accompanied by the primal heartbeat of Drums, Shakers and Rattles.
