Junk Journal: The Rewrite Project

March 21 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Free

Have you ever wished for the chance to rewrite your story?? Not by erasing the past that shaped you, but by transforming the old narratives that no longer serve you into one’s rooted in growth, strength, and self-truth?

In this 4 week series, led by Sarah Boothe, MSW student from the UB School of Social Work, alongside Briana Postle, LCSW– we will explore the creative outlet of journaling, art, and creative writing, as well as the new trend known as “junk journaling” to rewrite these narratives.
This is a trauma-informed, creative group that helps explore and rewrite personal stories. Centered on strengths, resilience, and meaning-making. This will be a safe space where sharing is always optional.
Dates: March 21, March 28, April 11, April 18.
Time: 10am-11am
Cost: $0
Location: 260 Central Ave. Silver Creek, NY
