DESCRIPTION:Music in the Green is a fresh spin on the longtime Summer Concerts at Lakeside Park—now relocated to the heart of uptown Mayville at Village Green Park. Held on select Wednesdays from 5–8 PM\, this summer series blends live music with a celebration of local businesses\, creating a vibrant evening of community connection and downtown energy. \nMusic in the Green Musical Lineup:June 18 – Osborn NashJuly 16 – Dirty ShirleyAugust 13 – Charity Nuse (And Her Band) \nThis isn’t your typical craft or vendor fair\, it’s a business expo-style event where local storefronts\, service providers\, and organizations can creatively showcase what they offer. The new uptown location and format are designed to boost visibility and draw foot traffic into the heart of Mayville’s business district. \nLocal businesses are encouraged to stay open late\, host sidewalk sales\, and create interactive in-store experiences to engage visitors. Whether you’re located uptown or elsewhere\, this is a great opportunity to connect with the community as part of an exciting summer series. \nParticipation is free\, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Village of Mayville and the Town of Chautauqua. We simply ask that businesses register to be included in event promotions.
