DESCRIPTION:We are excited to share an exciting milestone with you! \nThe committee that has proudly organized the Hispanic Festival in Jamestown for the past years has officially established CHQ Hispanic Development\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This key step marks a new chapter for the festival and for the Hispanic community across Chautauqua County. \nOur Mission is to celebrate the Hispanic community of Chautauqua County by fostering growth\, connection\, and inclusion. We strive to ensure that Hispanic residents are an integral part of the broader community through cultural activities\, accessible programs\, and resources in their language\, empowering them to reach their full potential. \nForming CHQ Hispanic Development as a nonprofit allows us to:Strengthening transparency and accountability.Expand programs and services in partnership with local organizations.Seek grants and charitable funding. \nAs a registered nonprofit\, we are committed to enhancing the quality\, safety\, and impact of the festival. Updated vendor fees help support:Future insurance\, permits\, and compliance costs.Improved event organizationBuild long-term sustainability for the Hispanic Festival. \nEvery dollar reinvests directly into the community and ensures the festival remains a vibrant\, inclusive celebration for years to come.
