DESCRIPTION:Long Distance and Intermediate Triathlon and AquaBike. \nEnjoy this beautiful\, hilly\, scenic\, hilly\, awesome course! One hour south of Buffalo and one hour north of Erie\, PA with easy access off of I-90. \n1.2 mile swim around clean and clear Cassadaga Lake (Lower Lake)\, \n28 mile bike loop that climbs along the Chautauqua Ridge with breathtaking views of Lake Erie and the smell of Concord grape vineyards. Long Distance paricipants complete 2 loops of the course. \n6 mile or 13.1 mile run on quiet\, shaded\, rolling country roads depending on your race. \nHave we mentioned the hills you will climb? Equivalent to the elevations you would find at Lake Placid for a fraction of the price. And\, NO CUT OFF TIMES! We want everyone to come away feeling accomplished and proud of the challenge you faced and conquered! This is grassroots\, organic racing as it was meant to be. \nOpen to individuals and relay teams of 2 or 3. AquaBike and Para-triathlete divisions too. \n\nFinisher medals\, race swag\, great food\, Southern Tier Brewing Company Beer Zone\, nine aid stations on the run course ridiculously stocked with fruit\, chips\, candy\, and Hammer Nutrition products\, all in a lovely setting in the quaint Village of Cassadaga\, NY. \nUSAT sanctioned event. All rules and regulations apply.
