You will travel to Germany\, Canada\, Sweden\, Italy\, Ecuador and many more! \nFriday\, December 5th1 – 6PM \nMini passports will be provided to each individual/Team member. At 12PM\, there will even be a showing of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory (1971). \nMembers who sign up for the portal will have immediate access to their files and life plans. \nPerson Centered Services Member Relations Specialist Stella DuPree will be available to discuss Supported Decision Making — an alternative to guardianship that empowers people with disabilities to make their own life decisions with the support of trusted individuals.
