Our goal is to bridge the gap and cushion the need for mental health services in the community and provide therapeutic support to those who need/feel the need for mental health counseling/therapy.

At Urban Mental Health Counseling Services, we rely on evidence-based approach(es) and utilize a variety of interventions/techniques that include, but are not limited to, CBT, DBT, REBT, EMDR, MI, and SFT to work with and provide support to the population we work with. We maintain an understanding that everyone is at different places in their lives, and everyone’s experience, abilities, struggles and needs are different, Thus, treatment is personalized and uniquely tailored respectively to suit/meet the needs of the individual.
