DESCRIPTION:Channel your inner lumberjack and ride in style with this flannel themed ride. \nChili potluck social to follow. \nThe Allegany State Park Environmental Education and Recreation Department and the Western New York Mountain Bike Association (WNYMBA) are excited about hosting another year of fun rides. \nThe 5 to 8-mile fun rides are for all levels and will last up to 2 hours\, depending on the weather. Riders will roll through the Red House area of the park. If there is no snow\, any mountain bike is welcome. Although pre- registration is not required\, if you are interested in borrowing a bike for any event\, please call (716) 379-6939 as bike availability is limited. \nMeet other fat tire bike enthusiasts at these Friday night fun rides. Bring warm clothes\, a helmet\, a head light\, and sense of adventure. Check in at 6:30 and rides start at 6:45. Social to follow rides.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for VBS this February Break! Our theme for VBS this year is “Noah.” We will be learning about who Noah was\, and how he trusted God even when others didn’t think he should. We will also learn about the amazing promise God made to Noah. \nVBS will begin on Saturday Feb. 14 from 5:30-7:30pm and will continue on Feb 15 and 16th from 6:00-7:30pm. \nEach night\, we will learn about a part of Noah’s story. We will meet upstairs in our sanctuary before rotating through different stations: Storyteller\, Games\, Craft and Snack. On the opening night\, Saturday\, we will meet a half an hour early to have time for a special Pizza Party to kick off VBS. This will also give parents a little extra time for Valentine’s Day while their kids are at VBS. \nOur schedule is: \nSaturday: Creation/Intro to Noah; Special VBS Pizza Party (Bring a Stuffed Animal for the Ark) \nSunday: The Flood (Wear Rain Gear) \nMonday: God’s Promise (Wear a Color of the Rainbow) \nOur VBS is designed for students in UPK-6th grade.
