His artistic practice centers on organic forms\, intuitive line work\, and mindful making\, drawing inspiration from nature\, everyday rhythms\, and quiet moments of reflection. Alongside his studio work\, Josephus has extensive experience teaching and facilitating art for diverse age groups\, creating welcoming\, hands-on experiences that encourage creativity\, presence\, and meaningful connection. \nDuring his residency at Sacred Grounds Coffee House\, Josephus creates artwork live during open hours\, allowing guests to witness the creative process in real time and engage in informal conversations about art and faith\, creativity\, and community. In addition to live art-making\, he offers short interactive art sessions and creative prompts designed to invite participation\, reflection\, and connection—aligning with Sacred Grounds’ mission as a hospitable\, faith-inspired gathering space. Through his presence\, Josephus hopes to contribute to an atmosphere of openness\, encouragement\, and shared creative experience for all who enter.
