DESCRIPTION:Join us at Camp Onyahsa for our Women’s Wellness Retreat- a weekend of relaxation\, reflection\, and meaningful connection with amazing local women! You’ll enjoy delicious meals\, peaceful moments on our beautiful waterfront and woodland trails\, and access to a variety of instructor-led workshops that engage the body\, mind\, and spirit. \nThe weekend retreat includes 4 nutritious home-cooked meals (plus snacks)\, accommodation in our heated cabins\, and instructor-led programming throughout the weekend. Workshops offered will include handwork and crafts\, yoga\, mindfulness and meditation\, lectures/discussions on a variety of wellness topics\, guided hikes\, and more. You can choose to participate in instructor-led programming or just relax and enjoy the beautiful spring scenery at Camp Onyahsa! \nWe hope you’ll join us for this celebration of spring beauty\, reflection and restoration\, and the wonderful women in our community! \nOpen to women aged 18+.
