Winemaker’s Dinner at Liberty Vineyards

Join us in our vineyard-view pavilion for a delicious 5-course dinner paired with award-winning wines. Choose between two perfectly-paired wines for each course (to appeal to both dry and sweet palates). Dinner prepared by 3C’s Catering.

1 – Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops
2 – Wedge Salad with Bacon & Bleu Cheese Crumbles and a Balsamic Drizzle
3 – Lamb “Lollipop”
4 – Wine-Braised Beef Short Ribs over Mashed Potatoes
5 – Almond-Cherry “Misu” – a play on a Tiramisu with glazed cherries.
