The summer is flying by crazily quickly! July is almost over.
August is almost here! That means that it will be EXHIBITION time for me at the Olean Public Library. I’ll be setting up the exhibit starting tomorrow (7/31). It will be so large; I will be setting it up for a couple of days.
If you can make it, Friday 8/2, there will be a reception in the Gallery Room. The library will provide refreshments. It will be a chance to mingle with other wildlife fanciers and to ask me about any of the prints on display or about technique and camera gear.
Reception starts at 4, but I will be there early. I hope to see you there! If you cannot make the reception, the exhibition runs throughout August. If driving from out of town, I recommend that you call the library (716.372.0200) to make sure that the Gallery Room is not hosting a meeting. They do run some meetings in that room from time to time.
This is so exciting for me. Almost all of the images on display will be current (from this year). 2024 has been a special year for wildlife photography. I’ve worked out the kinks of previous exhibitions and I think this one will be special. Over 110 images will be on display.
Anyone wishing to purchase prints can reserve them during the exhibition. They will be available to you after the exhibition closes.
