White Cane Awareness Day

**Join us Thursday, October 15th, at Baker Park in Jamestown** (at the corners of W. 4th & W. 5th Streets and Clinton St.) as we CELEBRATE the white cane and the independence it provides to individuals living with vision impairments!
We’ll begin with some kind words, a special proclamation, and an opportunity to try your hand at using a white cane. Then, we’ll take a short walk around the park together.
**Refreshments will be served following the event** at our offices across the street at **510 W. Fifth St.**Come help us celebrate **independence, awareness, and the importance of the white cane!** We hope to see you there!
