Tea and Talk is a welcoming and inclusive group created for moms to come together and connect through honest, heartfelt conversations about C-sections—before, during, and after. Whether you had a planned cesarean or an unexpected one, your story matters here!

This is a judgment-free zone where we believe in lifting each other up. Through discussion and reflection, we offer space to share experiences, ask questions, process emotions, and simply be heard. We understand that healing isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, too.

Over cups of tea (or coffee) and light snacks, we’re building a village of support where no mom feels alone in her journey. Whether you want to talk, listen, laugh, cry, or just sip your drink in good company—you are welcome.
