Summer Reading Program Closing Party: Touch a Truck

Touch-a-Truck rolls into the library on Saturday, August 15 from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM as the grand finale of our Unearth the Story Summer Reading Program! Get up close with heavy equipment from the Lakewood Department of Public Works, meet the people who operate these impressive machines, and learn what they do to help keep our community running. Kids will even have the chance to climb inside and sit behind the wheel. It’s the perfect way to celebrate a summer full of reading and discovery!
