Summer Book Club

We will be reading and discussing the book; “The things you can see when you slow down”. A free copy of the book is included.
This book offers gentle wisdom on how to find peace and contentment in a busy world. Through reflections on topics such as love, mindfulness, and self-care, the book encourages readers to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the present moment.
We will conclude the book club with a nature walk, implementing the skills we learned.
