Audubon Community Nature Center and the Blue Heron Gift Shop are participating in Small Business Saturday on November 30, 2024 with free admission and discounts in the gift shop and on new Nature Center memberships.
The Blue Heron Gift Shop is stocked for the holidays with gifts, including many that are truly unique to Audubon. Items include Audubon’s own Nature Discovery Kits, new puppets and plush animals, a wide variety children’s books, nature and guide books, locally-made honey, beeswax candles, and soaps. On this day only, most everything in the gift shop will be 10% off for everyone, and 20% off for all current Nature Center Members.
Are you interested in becoming a member, or do you know someone who would appreciate becoming a part of the Audubon community? Purchase a holiday gift membership to Audubon for yourself or for your favorite nature-lover, and get 10% off an annual membership fee on this day only.
Before or after you stop in to shop, take a nature break by walking the trails, playing in the outdoor nature play area, or visiting the live animals. Building admission is free of charge to all visitors as part of Small Business Saturday, and the grounds, which include more than six miles of trails, are always free.
