October Featured Artists: Wendy Bale & Debra Eck

Join us in the art gallery Thursday, October 9, 5-7PM for the public reception of “The Forest Floor”, a duo show by Jamestown artists Wendy Bale and Debra Eck.

Meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments while we celebrate two artist’s use of natural materials and subject matter found beneath our feet on the forest floor.

Using woodland materials and inspiration, both artists have selected pieces gleaned from their experiments in eco-dying and spore printing. These are made into hand-bound books, distinctive textiles, fine needlework, and original wall art. Don’t miss Wendy’s colorful collection of over 100 ceramic sculptures, The Mushroom Menagerie! The Forest Floor will run from Oct. 7 until Oct. 31st.
