NYS Boater Safety Course!

The Chautauqua County Sheriff‘s Office is offering free 8-hour boater safety courses! Open to the public— register by contacting the Sheriff’s Department or follow the link below.
Upon completion, you’ll receive a temporary certificate for vessel operation. A $10 fee is required for your permanent certificate with the state.
DATES & LOCATIONS
• May 18: Viking Lodge
• May 24: Celoron Community Building
• June 7: EOC Building, Mayville
• June 14: Conservation Club
Must be at least 10 years old to participate. Learn basic boating safety, rules, required equipment, and more!
