A few items to note:
Circle of Light Spiritual Center is a lovely location with incredible energy! Plan to dress comfortably. We’ll be painting with tempura paints which are washable but do wear clothes you are ok getting paint on and/or bring a smock.
Plan to arrive by 9:45 am so we can start on time.
PROVIDED
Nourishment: A light lunch will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own if desired.
Light snacks, infused water, and hot tea
Canvas and all needed art supplies for your MetaArt painting
Please bring a water bottle, journal, yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket (whatever will support your comfort to meditate)
