Mediumship 101 is a beginner-friendly workshop designed for anyone curious about mediumship and ready to take their very first steps toward connecting with Spirit. In this three-hour, hands-on experience, you will explore your intuitive gifts in a safe, supportive, and encouraging space — guided every step of the way.

No prior experience is needed. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore. Over the course of the morning, you will learn:

What mediumship is — and how it differs from psychic work

Grounding and protection techniques to keep your energy safe

How to recognize and begin developing your clairs: clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance

Simple, practical ways to raise your vibration and begin connecting with Spirit

Guided exercises and breakout sessions to practice alongside fellow participants

You will leave with real, practical tools, a deeper sense of confidence, and a connection to something you may have sensed all along. Please bring a notebook or journal.

Presenter Bio

Willa White is an internationally known spiritual medium with over 30 years of experience and a Registered Medium at Lily Dale since 2003. She teaches fun, hands‑on mediumship classes and hosts the long‑running podcast Wednesdays with Willa on Spiritualism and mediumship.
