ARTIST BIO: “I’m a Pittsburgh based visual artist creating abstract work that reflects how I experience the
world within and around me. My style moves between emotional, darker tones and bold, colorful
expression, influenced by 1990s skateboarding art and iconic comics like Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles and Spider-Man.”
WHAT THIS RESIDENCY MEANS TO JEN: “This residency represents an important step in my artistic journey,
offering time, space, and community to deepen my practice. It’s an opportunity to experiment creatively while
building meaningful connections with fellow artists.
