Then, we take a brief tour of our beautiful spa, and finally find a soft landing in the serenity of the salt cave.
We settle onto our blankets for a guided meditation and visualization with Dena, Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor, that will prompt creative and introspective writing designed to help you reveal your strengths and discover how you can serve the world with them.
