Pick up a duck from the library and decorate at home: March 23-28
Drop decorated duck off at the library: 3/30-4/4
Judging: 4/6-4/10 (By patrons who visit the library)
Winner announced: 4/11 @ 11 am
Theme: Your favorite book character
