The Chautauqua to Erie – Lakes Connector Trail (CELC) represents a transformative opportunity to establish a continuous, regionally significant recreational and transportation corridor across Chautauqua County. Spanning approximately 20 miles, the proposed trail will connect the Lake Erie shoreline at Barcelona Harbor in the Town of Westfield to the historic Chautauqua Institution along Chautauqua Lake, linking two of the region’s most prominent natural and cultural destinations.
