Crawfords’ Bakery and More: Recipes from my culinary career
This book is a compilation of her favorite recipes she has worked with in her 50 years in the culinary field. Many recipes are from her career as a bakery/restaurant owner and later as a Pastry Chef for a major catering company in the Detroit area.
The book first started in 1994 when Sue closed her popular bakery and promised employees and customers some recipes. That led to a simple booklet that she gave away. Now after thirty years requests for the recipes continue so Sue now presents the fourth edition, she has added recipes and pictures and comments, showcasing the history of Crawfords’ restaurant and bakery.
