Beginning tapestry weaving is an introductory form of weft-faced weaving, where colorful horizontal threads (weft) completely cover the vertical foundation threads (warp) to create pictorial or abstract designs. Unlike standard fabric weaving, tapestry allows you to build shapes and images row-by-row, much like painting with thread
