Art Workshop: “Poe’s the Raven”

Join Wendy Bale on October 19th at 11am for “Poe’s the Raven”, a collage workshop combining the mysterious corvid character from Edgar Allen Poe’s most famous poem, “The Raven”. Paper artist Wendy Bale will lead this beginner workshop through a collage process incorporating text from the poem and bird imagery. We’ll discuss Poe’s poem and tragic life and look at the difference between ravens and crows. You’ll leave with your own unique 8 x 10” original artwork.
