This is the first year I finally decided to charge what this weekend is actually worth. And then the economy did what it did. I found myself stuck between knowing the value of what I’ve built here and knowing that a lot of people I love are stretched thin right now.

I believe in this. I believe in what happens when we get into the woods together, when we take up space that wasn’t always made for us, when we sit around a fire in community. That is real and it is healing and it matters. And I also know that believing in something doesn’t make it affordable.

So that’s why the sale. That’s why the shorter option. I’m not trying to talk you into anything, I just really want the people who need this to be able to get here.
