Ahoy all CLBCC (Chautauqua Lake Boat Captain Curious)
Meet Captain MJ (Upstairs@14 Main) – ideally on the Deck for an unofficial Call for CLBCC. We are hosting a Captains call! Interested in being a Captain … or ….. love boating or not a boater but love swimming please come say “Ahoy”.
Show off your knowledge for trivia (boating, chautauqua, boats, weather, knots).
Learn about becoming a Charter and Water Taxi Captain for this Summer on CHQ.
Required Age 18 yr by June 1 for Captain.
Also:
– Must love swimming
– Must love CHQ
– Must enjoy meeting new people
– Must be pleasant and happy; service-oriented
– Must not melt in rain
(limited boating experience is ok – really! read that list again)
Traditionally our captains have been mostly females but we look to hire the top tier of all qualified and interested folks.
