Elisabeth A. Hall owns and operates a private law practice in Bemus Point, New York. She focuses her practice in the areas of Elder Law, trust planning, estate planning, probate administration, and real estate. Beth is also a licensed financial advisor, which gives her good insight into how best to not only protect one’s assets, but also pass them to the next generation.
Beth’s presentation will focus on the importance of having the basic estate planning documents including a Last Will and Testament, Health Care Proxy, and Power of Attorney. She will also give an overview of how trust planning can be used to both protect one’s assets from skilled nursing home care and avoid a probate of one’s estate.
Luncheon is a delicious spread by Elegant Edibles. We will have Asparagus Quiche, Salad, Fruit, and muffins. For dessert we will have Strawberry Rhubarb Pie.
