Jamestown–Falconer Health Connection

This free community event is designed to bring people together, encourage active transportation, and promote healthier, more connected communities.

Participants will walk from either Jamestown High School or Falconer High School to JCC, where they’ll enjoy a Health, Wellness & Career Fair featuring local organizations, community resources, career opportunities, refreshments, guest speakers, and more.
