Get creative and give old books new life! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make unique journals or sketchbooks using recycled book covers, fun paper inserts, and simple sewing techniques—no prior experience needed. We’ll explore an easy binding method with big needles that lets you combine all kinds of papers: colorful scraps, envelopes, maps, and more.

By the end, you’ll walk away with a one-of-a-kind handmade journal that’s as fun and personal as you are. Participants are welcome to bring paper they would like to include, but all materials will be supplied.
