Rachael Wiley-Steffen is an AI Certified Consultant, marketing strategist, licensed real estate professional, as well as a hospitality business owner. Rachael works with small business owners, real estate professionals, and community leaders to adopt AI in practical, people-first ways that build confidence and real-world capability. With more than 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, and customer experience, Rachael focuses on helping teams use AI as a supportive tool, not a replacement, so they can work smarter and better serve their customers and communities.

B.J. Monacelli works at Robo Enterprises Inc., based in Jamestown, NY, where for the past nine years he has helped manage and run day-to-day operations in their group of companies. Outside of his role at Robo, B.J. collaborates with small and mid-sized businesses on practical AI and automation projects. He helps businesses identify their biggest workflow bottlenecks and implement tools or technology that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and find or fulfill more customers. B.J. is also a member of Playmakers AI, an AI & Automation community led by entrepreneur and podcast host Chris Koerner, where he stays current on automation tactics and implementation best practices specifically for businesses. He has interviewed leaders in the AI space, including Stanford’s Jeremy Utley, and has spoken with professionals from organizations like the Portland Trail Blazers and MLSE about how teams are applying AI in day-to-day operations.
