We invite you to a Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting on December 5th, at 3:00 pm. We wanted to introduce ourselves as we are new to the Falconer community and very excited to be moving in soon. Our new location is 1 East Main Street, Falconer, NY. Prevention Works was established 50 years ago, and the organization has come a long way since 1974, but its basic mission remains the same. Our goal is to provide social emotional learning, substance use prevention, intervention services, quality alcohol and other drug prevention education, and referral services throughout Chautauqua County. Please join us to help celebrate this new space!
