A NO FRILLS ultra-running event for those of you who just LOVE to run!
The Lower Lake in Cassadaga hosts a perfectly distanced 5K loop and this event will have you run or walk one to ten loops, depending on what you feel that day.
NO CUT-OFF TIMES
When we say NO FRILLS, we mean it! No medals, no t-shirts.(Unless some amazing sponsor wants to step in and provide…hint, hint)

This is 100% A FUNDRAISING event. All proceeds will be benefiting the Chautauqua County Fire Police.
