Tri-County Arts Council is pleased to welcome the community to the 2nd Annual Ellicottville Fine Art and Craft Market on the lawn of the 1887 Building on August 31 and September 1, Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 10-4. This event is a partnership between the Tri-County Arts Council (TCAC) and the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce.
