Join the Chautauqua-Warren Birding Association representatives Devin Banning and Katelyn Davis at RTPI on July 6, 2024, from 8-11 am, for an introduction to Digiscoping and a Bird Walk.
Digiscoping is the term for using the camera on your phone to take a photo through your binoculars or spotting scope. With a bit of practice, you can take good photos of birds through your binoculars without having to spend money on and lug around a big camera.
Afterward, enjoy a bird walk around the Peterson Preserve to hone your digiscoping skills.
Participants are asked to bring their own binoculars and smartphone to the program.
This program is free to all, but registration is appreciated.
